A fun night at Globe Derby Park on Saturday with a feature double.

Where's The Gold gave his big band of owners plenty to cheer about by taking out the G3 South Australian Pacing Cup.

What a job he’s done since arriving from NZ, with this success adding to his Tasmania Cup win back March to take if lifetime earnings past $200,000.

Our Vinnie rounded it out with victory in the listed SA Derby.

The other highlight of the week was seeing Ladies In Red back in winning form in the Angelique Club Pace at Melton on Saturday night.

Just her second start this season and her first time in the winners’ circle since November.

We’re just a week away from our next major series - the Breeders Crown.

The 2yo heats are at Bendigo on Wednesday, November 8, and the 3yo heats at Ballarat on Friday, November 10.

Let’s see how the teams go after three seconds in the NSW Breeders Challenge finals at Menangle on Sunday with 2yo filly Renewal, 2yo colt War Dan Buddy, and 3yo filly Major Delight.

HERE’S an update on the latest rankings of our nominations for the Inter Dominion Pacing Championship in Queensland (released on October 25 before the scratching of the 2nd-ranked Honolua Bay was confirmed):
