We’ve come through THE TAB EUREKA with flying colours and now move onto Vicbred Super Series finals night at Melton on Saturday night (September 14).
What a night it is going to be.
We have 35 guaranteed starts across seven group 1 pacing and trotting finals, plus two emergencies.
This comes after a sensation a VSS semi-final night at Melton on which we took out nine pacing semi-finals (see below).
Highlights of the night:
Third time Emma has trained nine winners at a meeting, following Launceston on April 16, 2022, and Melton on September 9, 2023.
Nine wins equals record for most wins by a trainer at a meeting.

Mark Pitt drove six of the winners
Stormryder, Draw A Dream and trotter Susan Is Her Name will each be pursuing back-to-back VSS titles.
Having won The Eureka last year, we were thrilled to see Bay Of Biscay and High Above run big races to finish second and third respectively.
Bay Biscay added $400,000 to his earnings to take his lifetime stakes to $620,000 and High Above picked up $200,000 and now has $236,000 to his name.
Major Delight also ran a brave race to finish sixth.
Earlier in the night, OIiver Dan had his biggest win to date in the $100,000 The Stockade.
We also continue to campaign a team in Tasmania after picking up a couple of wins at there weekend, with Freeasabyrd first-up Hobart on Friday night, and How Sweet, Waterfront and Free To Play racing at Launceston on Sunday.
