Then there’s The Lost Storm, fresh from a first-up win at Bendigo on Saturday night in a warm-up for the G1 Queensland Derby on Saturday, July 22.
Soho Historia and Amore Vita have already tasted G1 success in the Sunshine State, each being Queensland Oaks winners.
For all the travel Mach Dan has done - he’s a winner in SA, has had prolific success in NSW and has raced in NZ - this will be his start in Queensland.
We’re heading north after an extraordinary week, in which Emma produced 11 wins from 12 starters in the space of seven days.
This included Kilmore and Bendigo trebles, and a Melton double.
Among them was Emma’s 100th Victorian winner for the season.
In addition, Clayton also saluted with High Above.
The 3yo cruised home at Melton on Friday night at just his third race start - giving him back-to-back wins.
Then at Ararat on Sunday night, High Above’s 4yo half-sister High Profile saluted for a third career win in five starts.
Each is out of outstanding broodmare All The Magic, which is also the dam of Ride High and three others winners.
