Another memorable Breeders Crown Series for us.

Congratulations to all the owners who shared the success we enjoyed and thanks to all the drivers who were also part of the run we had through the heats and semi-finals to finals, and other series features.

Here’s a summary:

  • 6 wins at Melton on Saturday night - including four G1s and two G2s.

  • Trifecta in G1 2yo fillies final, with Major Delight stretching unbeaten sequence to nine.

  • Trifecta in 3yo fillies final, with Encipher collecting a second Breeders Crown title

  • Quinella in G2 4yo mares championship, with Ladies In Red and Tough Tilly continuing their great rivalry.

  • Ladies In Red complete Breeders Crown 2yo, 3yo and 4yo treble.

  • Captain Ravishing sets track record of 1:51.1 in 3yo colts/geldings final.

  • Quinella in G2 Graduate Cup.

Now we turn our attention to the Inter Dominion, with the opening round of heats in Ballarat on Saturday night.
