TSR Weekly Wrap | 29 Oct 2024

One can only wonder what might have been had Adapt had an uninterrupted racing career.

Having just his second start in getting onto four years, Adapt had his third career win at Globe Derby Park on Saturday (October 26).

He started his career with a victory in May, 2019, then after not racing for more than four years scored first-up at Launceston in June this year.

Adapt is one of four winners out Lovelist, with them also including Treachery (15 wins), Petracca (11) and Beach Life (5).

We also tasted success at Globe Derby Park with Meteor Moth in the South Australian Derby - his sixth win in seven starts.

There was also success with a couple of newcomers in the past week.

Art Major 2yo Viney saluted at his second start at Melton and 2yo filly Leavitt (a daughter of American Ideal) won on debut in the listed Tatlow Stakes also at Melton.

Meanwhile our Tasmanian team continues to take all before them, with How Sweet bringing up her fifth Tassie win and Free To Play her fourth at Hobart.
