What a start to the Breeders Crown.
We’ve been fortunate to experience a lot of success in this series over the years, so it is rewarding to have once again done so well with the team in the 2yo and 3yo pacing heats.
It all began with five 3yo winners at Bendigo on Friday night and continued with another five at Maryborough on Sunday.
We also had a 100% strike rate with runners progressing from heats to semi-finals.
In between we had another four wins at Melton on Saturday night.
This was highlighted by Hector’s win in the G3 Benstud Standardbreds Rising Stars Pace Final.
The 4yo has now won all three starts since joining us.
Among all that, the stable reached 200 Victorian winners for the season.
