Great to have five starters in the G1 $300,000 Vic Cup at Melton on Saturday.

In addition, we also have five runners in the G1 Victoria Derby and G1 Victoria Oaks.

Honolua Bay is back after finishing second to Rock N Roll Doo in the race last year.

Mach Dan is running in his third consecutive Victoria Cup.

It is a race that has eluded us to date, but who could forget the win of Robin Hood for Peter Tonkin in 2007.

Can we emulate the Victoria Derby wins of Our Little General (2017) and Act Now (2021)?

We have Celebrity Royal (3), Oliver Dan (8), Petracca (10), Perfect Class (11) and The Lost Storm (12) engaged.

Then is the Victoria Oaks we have Sweet Bella (3), Perfect In Pink (5), Elysian Jay (6), Joyful (8) and Major Delight (10).

We’ve had a lot of success in the Oaks, winning with Beauty Secret (2012), Miss Graceland (2017), She All Rock (2018), Ladies In Red (2021) and Encipher (2022).

We will also have an eye on Menangle with War Dan Buddy and Renewal is NSW Breeders Challenge 2yo semi-finals.
