We saw a couple of impressive returns to the races in the past week.
Captain Ravishing and Hes Ideal caught the eye as part of a stable treble in Ballarat on Friday, September 9.
Having his first start for the stable and first outing since March, Captain Ravishing dictate terms in front before producing a stunning finish in the Colin & Heather Holloway 3yo Classic.
He clocked 25.1 seconds for the last 400m to score by 36.5m.
Hes Ideal won at his first start since September last year.
3yo Petlllante had her sixth win on end in the G3 Alabar Vicbred Platinum Pace for mares/fillies, 2240m, at Melton on Saturday, September 10.
In a week Emma reach 150 wins in a season for the eighth time in a row, 2yo filly Major Delight made it three wins from three starts at Melton.
