We’ve had a big week and we have an even bigger one ahead.

Ladies In Red is the headliner in the Group 1 $150,000 The Golden Girl for mares at Albion Park on Saturday night (July 20).

She’s perfectly drawn in two for her second career start at The Creek, having won The Rising Sun two years ago.

Ladies In Red warmed up for her Sunshine State assignment with an all-the-way win in the Koala King Free-For-All.

That was her 17th win at Melton. What a record that is.

She was one of seven winners we had over two nights at Melton - three of Friday night and four on Saturday night..

We also have the return of Petracca at Melton on the same night.

This is the 4yo’s first start since winning the Victoria Derby on October 23.
