We’re book-ending Saturday night’s Melton race meeting in a big way.
Ladies In Red, The Lost Storm and Mach Dan line up in the opener - the Koala King Free-For-All - and Some American, Kingman and Bay Of Biscay in the last - the Nevele R Stud 3yo Stud Pace.
All up we have 11 starters.
The team also includes Techys Watching, Treachery, Soho Historia, Miki Success and Gawn.
All these come as part of a busy two days, with another five runners at Melton on Friday night - Cigano, Stitched Up Dan, Specta, High Above and La Volonte.
High Above is first-up for this season.
The 4yo last raced in August last year, when he completed a hattrick of wins in Ballarat at just his fourth race start.
WHAT at warrior Like A Wildfire is.
The 9yo had his 28th win in the Preux Chevalier Free-For-All at Melton on July 6.
After starting his career as a winner in New Zealand, he won his first five Australian starts while with the late Gavin Lang and has gone to be a group 3 winner, multiple country cups and free-for-all winner in 82 starts.
