What a journey Fox Dan is on.

He’s always been special, having won the G1 Bathurst Gold Crown Final as a 2yo at just his second start, but he’s gone to a new level this season.

The Art Major colt brought up his seventh win of the year in slashing style in the G1 $150,000 Victoria Derby at Melton on Saturday night (October 18).

He led home Captain Perfect in a stable quinella.

The Victoria Derby has been a good race for us, first winning it with Our Little General in 2017, followed by Act Now, Petracca, Best Deal and now Fox Dan for Team Zav.

We now move on to other features at Menangle and Globe Derby Park on Saturday night (October 25).

Degarmea Teale is our sole runner in Sydney, drawing the pole in the G1 $150,000NSW Breeders Challenge 2yo Fillies’ Final, 1609m.

She won her first three starts before running second in her NSW Breeders Challenge semi-final.

In Adelaide, Sir Jimmy and Miki To Success tackles the G3 $60,000 South Australian Pacing Cup, and Silver Pistol in engaged in the listed $30,000 SA Derby.
