TSR Weekly Wrap | 26 Mar 2025
Bathurst is our focus as it has been for the past week.
We’ve picked up three heats and now have three runners in two finals on Saturday, March 29.
Ripples NZ and Willows Girl go into the Group 1 $150,000 Gold Tiara Final for 2yo finals.
Each qualified by taking out heats on debut.
Then there’s heat winner Loucasso in the Group 1 $150,000 Gold Crown Final for 2yo colts & geldings and heat winner Fox Dan in the Group 2 Gold Chalice Final for 3yo colts & geldings.
The Narcissist provided another highlight of the past week by taking out the Listed City of Melton Plate at Melton on Saturday, March 22.
That gives the 5yo six wins from as many starts since arriving in our stable from Queensland.
We have South Australian Derby winner Meteor Moth and trotting mare Susan Is Her Name resuming from lengthy breaks at Melton on March 22. Each has not raced since last season.
